Ingredients: Muesli High Fruit and Fibre (Wheat Flakes, Oat Flakes, Sultanas, Dates, Apricots (Sulphur Dioxide), Rye flakes) (88.5%), Mixed Berries (Strawberry, Raspberry, Blueberry) (5.5%), Coconut Milk Powder (Coconut Milk, Modified Starch, Maltodextrin) (6%).

Preparation: REMOVE THE OXYGEN ABSORBERÂ (Sachet) from inside the pouch. Slowly add hot water, stirring as you pour and then close the bag. Wait 5 minutes for the food to rehydrate.Â
Note:Â Cold water will suffice, however the re-hydration time is longer.
